The adjustable scaffold has a large bearing capacity, the pole connection is a coaxial socket, the crossbar is connected with the bowl buckle joint, and the joint has reliable bending, shearing and torsion resistance properties. Moreover, the axial line of each member intersects at one point, and the node is in the plane of the frame. Therefore, the structure is stable and reliable, and the bearing capacity is large.


The adjustable scaffold is safe and reliable. When the joint is designed, the screw friction and self-gravity of the upper bowl buckle are taken into consideration, so that the joint has a reliable self-locking capability. The load acting on the crossbar is transmitted to the upright through the lower bowl buckle, which has a strong shear resistance (up to 199kN). Even if the upper bowl buckle is not pressed, the crossbar joint does not come out and cause an accident. At the same time, it is equipped with safety net brackets, crossbars, scaffolding boards, footrests and ladders.
