To build a 12*6*6 meter light stand, the required materials: 12 aluminum alloy trusses with 3 meters, 8 aluminum alloy trusses with 2 meters, 8 aluminum alloy trusses with 1 meter, 8 diagonal supports, 4 iron bases, The first four, four sets, four crossarms, four slings, four hoists, screws and so on.

Note: The commonly used aluminum alloy truss uprights are 300*300MM in cross-section. The trussed crossmembers are not very heavy if they are hung with 300*300MM, if the span is large or the lights are hung 400*400 or 450*450.

Aluminum alloy lighting frame construction method:

1. First place four bases in the approximate position on the ground;

2. Insert the part under the diagonal support on the outside of each base;

3, the opposite head with screws fixed to the base;

4. Put a square sleeve on the opposite head;

5. Link the beams together;

6, the two ends of the beam and two sides of the beam are docked and connected, and the beam part is assembled on the ground;

7. Connect the column truss horizontally, then screw one end to the opposite end, and screw the cross arm on the other end. At the same time, connect the hanging hoist and crossarm. The function of the hoist is to lift the beam truss below. ;

8, a number of people together to slowly erect the truss truss, pay attention not to push the column too much force, and then fix the screws on the opposite head;

9. After the uprights are erected, hook the hooks under the hanging hoists through the suspenders to the beams below.

10, 4 people slowly shake the hanging hoist to pull the beam to the left and right of the person's head;

11, installed in the beam above the lighting audio equipment;

12, 4 people together to hoist hanging gourd to a predetermined height to stop;

13. Tighten the end of the diagonal support and the column, tighten the other end and the horizontal support of the base so that the gantry is completed.

Material Description: Slant Support The diagonal bar is made of aluminum alloy steel bar, steel base iron and aluminum, and the cross arm is steel. The truss, square cover, square head and reverse head are all made of aluminum alloy.
